Feedback Questionnaire: CC Cycling Club Ride and Event Committee

Please fill out the following questionnaire for our event and planning committee.  Need some member feedback on proposed events for the club.  We will present ideas and ride planning at our next club meeting, scheduled for February 13th, 2012.  The time and place for our next meeting is to be announced soon.
